Announcement - Initial public offer period closed and admission to the official list of ASX

Following the closure of the offer period for the initial public offering as of 22nd January 2010, the company is pleased to announce applications exceeded the full subscription and in accordance with the prospectus, the company has accepted over subscriptions.

The total funds raised amounts to $3,483,500.

The company is also pleased to announce its admission to the official list of the ASX as of 16th February 2010. Accordingly, all shares and options have been allotted.

The commencement of quotation occurred at 10.30am on the 18th February 2010.
