Executive Team

Steve Ledger (Managing Director)

Steve established the business in 2003. Steve is a chartered accountant and has completed a masters of finance. He is also degree qualified in financial planning and insolvency and turnaround advisory and holds membership with a variety professional organisations.

Steve has extensive commercial experience and has held key managerial positions with several leading organisations.

Andrew Pike (Executive Consultant)

As a tertiary qualified and extremely experienced practitioner with over ten years as an Associate Director with global business services organisation KPMG, Andrew has General Management and extensive practice leadership experience within national and global firms.

He is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, and a former Royal Australian Air Force Officer. Andrew brings genuine professionalism combined with leading edge methodologies to all projects.

Alan Ledger (Director)

Alan joined Ledger Corporate in July 2007. Alan is a chartered accountant and holds various statutory registrations.

Alan provides critical management advisory and business services to clients.

Alan has extensive experience in a range of industries. Working as a partner with KPMG and having successfully operated his own accounting practice, Alan brings a wealth of business knowledge and skill.
